Residential mortgages got better software every year. Buy-to-let got more complicated and got nothing, so brokers ran their books on a spreadsheet per client, a folder of lender PDFs, and a suspicious number of open tabs.
Good brokers were giving advice without the tools to put a number behind it. Somebody had to build what should have arrived alongside all that complexity, so we did.

Honest, blunt, sarcastic. Gary leads enterprise sales and commercial strategy, specialises in bridging, development and complex cases, and once ran a thirty-broker firm. A genuine people person who brings the energy to every broker conversation, and to the team on the days it is needed.
Measured, insightful, mildly terrifying. Quarina leads marketing, is a published author and poet, and is genuinely the most talented writer here, with delivery behind her for some considerably larger organisations than this one. She keeps the ship steady, the plan phased, and the two to her left on it.
